I have an unused voucher...how can I get it?

Your voucher(s) is no longer available online. However, you can obtain a PDF copy of your voucher(s) by contacting our Customer Support team. Please email membersupport@CHASEmyoffers.com or call 1-877-358-7671 to submit a request for your voucher(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for us to fulfill voucher requests

I have unused site credits...can I still use them?

Yes. If you request your unused site credits by 6/30/2013, you can receive a check for them by mail. Please email membersupport@CHASEmyoffers.com or call 1-877-358-7671 to submit a request for your unused credits.

Can I get a refund for my unused voucher(s)?

Yes. You can get a refund back to the card used to purchase the vouchers until 7/30/2013. After that point, all refunds will be issued via mailed checks. Please email membersupport@CHASEmyoffers.com or call 1-877-358-7671 to submit a refund request.
